All our boxes contain 20 individual servings, *which we deem is the correct amount for 1 person for 4 weeks. *We recommend taking it for 3 weeks on and 1 week off, or 5 days on and 2 days off per week. *However if you are dealing with an acute skin condition that would be helped by taking krādil™, you may choose to take it every day or multiple servings per day for a short period of time.
